To caption a recent photo of himself flexing his muscles in the mirror (Jax himself referred to it as a "vain gym selfie"), the bartender explained how he stays fit while stoking his passion for Taco Bell and other delights.
Here's what he had to say: "I've been busting my ass at [Lit Method] and eating healthy with my wife's, as she calls it, 'home made cooking' ... I am weighing in at around 195 give or take, like to get down to 190 but not gonna put pressure on it."
And then he added, in true form: "I am not gonna bulls--t ya I still eat plenty of junk food. I just work out a bit harder." Indeed, it's all about balance.
