Let's Revisit All of Ramona Singer's Best Moments on RHONY

"Cyanide? Doesn't that kill you?"

By Sarah Hanlon

Ramona Singer is a woman of many talents: She owns her own skincare line, she knows how to throw a fabulous party, and she's quite skilled at the dating game. But, it's a well-known fact to The Real Housewives of New York City fans that one thing the entrepreneur isn't so great at is pronouncing her words correctly. Remember when Andy Cohen tested her speaking skills on Watch What Happens Live? (Spoiler alert: She didn't do so well.)

Well, with a new season of RHONY just around the corner, it's only fitting that we go back and enjoy some of Ramona's funniest (and most embarrassing) tongue-tied moments from the past 11 years. And while you wait for the season premiere on March 6, don't forget that you can catch up on Season 10 of RHONY here

Without further ado, here are some of the very best "Ramona-isms."

Kudos to All of Us

One of the very first Ramona-isms was born in Season 2 when Ramona was especially proud of a charity event that she hosted with Jill Zarin. In her confessional interview, she said, "I have to say, kudos to all of us." But instead of pronouncing it as "ku-dose," it came out as "kah-dooze."

A Reggae Band

Ramona was all too excited to tell Carole Radziwill about her friend's party with a live reggae band...but she couldn't quite pronounce it correctly, calling it a "ruh-gey" band. Carole did her best to help her with the pronunciation, telling her it was "ray-gey," but no amount of phonics lessons could help her out. Even Andy Cohen couldn't get Ramona to say it correctly during the Season 8 reunion.

Oil & Vinegar

During an argument with Bethenny Frankel, Ramona tried to give her a science lesson by saying that they were like oil and vinegar because they "don't go together." What she really meant was that they were like oil and water, which Bethenny was quick to point out, but Ramona wasn't ready to believe her — even though they were eating salads with oil and vinegar dressing.

Cyanide? Doesn't that Kill You?

After Ramona and Sonja Morgan arrived at an event together, Sonja felt some shade, saying, "Someone just gave me side eye," to which Ramona said, "Cyanide? Doesn't that kill you?" (In Ramona's defense, she's not wrong.)

She's Not Burying the Hatchet

In another discussion with Carole, Ramona was complaining about two of her pals not being able to "bury the hot-chet" after a fight, not understanding that "hot-chet" isn't actually a real thing.

Or-dacity

Ramona is all about women supporting women, especially when it comes to her skincare line, Ageless by Ramona. So when she felt that a friend wasn't being supportive of her, she said that she was "very, very upset and hurt" that she had the "or-dacity" to act that way. Kah-dooze to you for sticking up for yourself, Ramona!
