What happens to our Real Housewives once they've left a franchise? Each week, we're looking into the lives of past cast members after their exits. This week, former The Real Housewives of Orange County star Jeana Keough.
Jeana Keough wasn't just one of the original Housewives. She was also a Bravo institution for five seasons on the show that started it all, RHOC—not to mention a part of one of the most epic fights in the franchise's history. Who can forget the fantastically cringe-worthy moment that Tamra Judge threw a drink in Jeana's face at the end of Season 6?
After her 2010 exit, Jeana poppped up on Bravo's Thintervention With Jackie Warner, which helped her lose 25 lbs. "I wear a bikini now!" Jeana proudly told Bravo at the time.
But these days, Jeana, the former model and actress and ex-wife of pro baseball player Matt Keough, is living a less dramatic life. After making a few memorable appearances in the years since, she's still happily living in The OC and still selling real estate, a job she loves.
Despite all the drama captured during her RHOC run, Jeana still has great memories from her time on the show. "I still cherish it," she told Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live in 2013. "When I walk through an airport or when I go into any place, I'm never alone, I'm never a stranger—there's always somebody there that’s a fan. That part's just really fun."
Viewers got to know Jeana's kids on the show, and now, they're all grow up: Her boys Colton and Shane both played minor league baseball and now Shane, her oldest, is pursuing an acting career and dating model Brittany McGowan.
Jeana's daughter Kara, meanwhile, is now a Mrs.: In February 2014, Jeana threw Kara a lavish but down-home wedding and reception (guests enjoyed In-N-Out burger and barbecue) at her OC home to celebrate her daughter's marriage to her college sweetheart, former NFL player Kyle Bosworth. The festivities were attended by several of Jeana's old RHOC cronies including Jo De La Rosa (see her with the bride here) and Quinn Fry.
"People [are] asking me everyday if I miss the show," Jeana recently tweeted. "I live my life as if people are watching. Love my life, friends and family. [I'm] healthy!"
