We already know Kathryn Dennis always makes a grand entrance — this is true of the Colorado ski slopes as well as the Southern Charm reunion couches. But Kathryn may have saved her grandest outfit for her grandest entrance of all: her public debut with new boyfriend Hunter Price.
On tonight's Southern Charm finale, Charleston's finest all gathered in their snazziest attire at Patricia Altschul's gorgeous mansion. Kathryn was accompanied by her new love, Hunter, and she slipped on a very sexy number to introduce her musician beau to the gang.
By "very sexy," we mean VERY sexy. Kathryn's black floor-length gown was designed by Project Runway alum Michael Costello and it featured a whole lot of sheer fabric with strategically-placed lace panels to cover the goods. With all that sheerness, Kathryn grabbed exactly what one does to shield themselves from the cold wind: a giant, bright red heart-shaped fur stole (which, BTW, has been worn by Rihanna). Check out this incredible entrance:
Inside the party, amid the mixing and the mingling, Kathryn relied on her doting new beau for a routine outfit check. "Can you see my butt?" Kathryn asked Hunter, to which he promptly did a thorough inspection and replied, "Mmmmm yeah, you're good." What a guy!
Things heated up when Kathryn removed her fur to reveal the poly-blend gown's plunging neckline — this, while Craig slowly realized that bringing a woman from Austen's video as a date might not have been the best idea.
But it wasn't until Kathryn and her BFFs confronted the ladies from the video that we got a real good look at the gown in all its glory. With a fully sheer shirt that has a wire-lined hem for dramatic effect, the stunning dress also has sheer sides and a completely open back.
Later, when the gang went to listen in on a phone call by Ashley Jacobs, who had just been tossed from the party by Patricia's security detail Mr. Kale, we got a better look at the dress' dramatic, sexy back.
If Kathryn is your fashion muse (us too), then we've got some great news for you. The exact Michael Costello gown is available in all sizes at Revolve for a relatively reasonable $288. Scroll down to snatch one up for yourself, if you're ready to slay.
