Considering the vast amount of wealth in Los Angeles, it’s pretty hard to break any real estate records, but with their newest listing, Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles' David Parnes and James Harris have gone and done it. At 20,058 square feet, the five-bedroom, nine-bathroom property at 8408 Hillside Avenue is now the biggest home available in the uber-exclusive Hollywood Hills nabe. And not surprisingly, it costs a pretty penny! How much? The home is currently priced at a whopping, mind-blowing $43.9 million.

What do you get for the price? Well, a lot, actually. Beyond bedrooms and bathrooms, the spectacular house is the epitome of indoor/outdoor living, with myriad water and fire features, a state-of-the-art theater, a game room, a wellness center and a car showroom. Oh, and let’s not forget the 163-foot wraparound infinity pool, where one can take in crazy gorgeous views from San Gabriel Mountains to Santa Monica to Catalina Island.
