The Ladies of London-er sticks to a clean, protein-packed diet — and these magic pills.

By Jenny Berg

Caroline Stanbury is hardly a stranger to clean eating. Whether she's sipping collagen for breakfast, huffing green celery juice for lunch, or tucking into fish and veggies for dinner, she's nothing if not health conscious — and, she makes it her daily mission to squeeze in a tough workout.

In the end, it's no surprise that the Ladies of London expat has abs to die for. But, in a recent Instagram Stories post, the chic workout fiend posted what might be another secret to her ultra-fit frame. Hint: It comes in a bottle.

In a typed list of the diet that she's "casually working from right now," the fitness buff revealed that she's been having healthy smoothies for breakfast, post-workout meals of sweet potatoes with fish or chicken, and plenty of salads and veggies throughout the day. But, take a look at the list and you'll also notice quite a few "digestive enzymes":

In her next post, Caroline shared more on those mysterious pills that, apparently, everyone was asking about. "For everyone asking," she captioned the shot, which showed a bottle of Solgar Digestive Enzymes.

So, what's the deal with these mysterious tablets? Legend has it that they aid in everything from reducing bloat to increasing gut health. But, while those benefits sound hard to beat, there's still not a ton of science that prove the pills are actually that effective, according to Harvard Health Publishing.

OK, fair enough. But we have to say, whatever Caroline is doing is definitely showing results. Scroll down for major ab envy.
