Kourtney Kardashian may indulge in the occasional taste of guacamole, but the Keeping Up With The Kardashians sister is famous for sticking to a super-clean diet in her everyday life. (Seriously: Just try and find one trace of ice cream in this woman's fridge.) So, when she takes to the road for one of her frequent trips, the mom of three has a mechanism in place to avoid caving to the smell of cinnamon rolls at the airport — or, gasp, donuts, which is actually her half-sister Kendall Jenner's go-to airport snack when travel gets downright "annoying." 

On her website, Kardashian shared some tips for sticking to healthy eating in the friendly skies. "For the kids, of course, there are moments when we break rules, like when we’re on vacation or at Disneyland,” the mom wrote. But, that doesn't mean Dole Whip and chocolate mouse ears all day.

“I try to plan in advance to have what we need so we can stay on track, since I’ve heard cheating when you have gluten sensitivities can set your system back," Kardashian wrote.

To recap: "A few years ago, the kids and I did muscle testing and found out we have sensitivities to both gluten and dairy,” Kardashian wrote. So, after speaking to her doctor, the home-design enthusiast decided to try a diet that's free of gluten and dairy. 

"When we travel, we’ll pack a suitcase full of our pantry staples and also bring healthy snacks on the airplane,” Kardashian said. True, the health-conscious star has identified some of her favorite foods as cider vinegar, collagen proteins, oatmeal. But, we're sure Kardashian packs her carry-on with kid-friendly snacks as well. 

After all, even otherworldly Queen Bey is not above holding a juice box for the ones she loves.
