Chef Ben Robinson is back in the galley on the Sirocco on Below Deck Mediterranean this season. And for her part, Captain Sandy Yawn is completely thrilled about it, saying she's "blown away" by his ability.
"There are two types of chefs," Captain Sandy told The Feast. "Ben can roll in and whip it out just by looking. Adam is not that person."
Sandy continued, "Adam has to sit down, he chops everything first, he’s very organized — whereas Ben is a multitasker in the galley. He can have five different things going on and he knows exactly what’s happening. Ben’s like a master chef. You can’t compare."
Ultimately, Sandy concluded, "Adam could never keep up with Ben — and I love Adam. But if you put those two in the galley on Top Chef — Ben would win."
